If you are not satisfied with the products or membership provided, a complete refund shall be provided within 7 days.

The IOCPROJECT guarantees all of its products against manufacturing defects or shipping damages. Complete replacement or refunds shall be provided. See return policies below.

Return Policies for Digital/Download Products

For Digital Downloads:
7 days to cancel. Customer agrees to delete digital file(s) and not reproduce it or distribute it.
Shippable Goods (prints, etc. will be available in the Fall of 2007)
All product is purchased and refunded in U.S. dollars.

The digital images provided within this site contain a circulation limit of 5,000 units for print material. Any other use, including book covers, requires an additional cost. Please contact Daniel Bonnell for more information.

Delivery Method and Timing of Products Purchased

Digital products are available for immediate purchase and download. If you wish to purchase a digital image, they are $24.95 for high-res paintings, $17.95 for low-res paintings, and $14.95 for drawings. Please see the gallery. You will receive an email with download instructions in which you will have 48 hours to complete the download.
